The disassembly and manufacturing of our meat is an essential process that involves many steps to ensure that the meat is safe, clean, and of high quality.
After the pork has been disassembled and processed, it is important to package it properly to keep it fresh and preserved.
We have strict standards and procedures in place to ensure that the meat is properly packaged and stored.
As a rule, our standardized raw materials are available to our customers on a just-in-time basis. Our fleet of 6 company-owned refrigerated vehicles guarantees reliable delivery.

The company is now managed by the 2nd generation and is being prepared for the next generation.
