Our fresh meat suppliers come primarily from Germany and, if the freshness criteria are adhered to, also from neighboring European countries.
Quality begins with the selection of raw materials, the origin of which is beyond doubt! As a rule, mainly pork products are purchased for further processing.

Our motivated team in the incoming goods department constantly ensures that the delivery of raw meat products runs smoothly and quickly.

A highly qualified team in the goods inspection department ensures that all incoming meat products are checked very carefully. The in-house labeling of raw materials is the first step towards continuous batch traceability.
