Fresh quality meat from the surrounding area

All suppliers are state-of-the-art and certified production plants for slaughtering and cutting with EEC approval (ES and EZ plants). The selection criteria for sourcing raw materials are absolute freshness and the highest quality of meat.

It is also important to us that the animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and that they are reared in a clean environment.

Our motivated team in the incoming goods department constantly ensures that the delivery of raw meat products runs smoothly and quickly.

A highly qualified team in the goods inspection department ensures that all incoming meat products are checked very carefully. The in-house labeling of raw materials is the first step towards continuous batch traceability.
