SCHWEDE offers the international meat industry a specialized range of processed meat, in particular pork trimmings and various alternative products for sausage production. In addition, there is the supply of by-products for markets such as South America, Asia, and Africa. The product range is primarily geared towards the high quality requirements of customers.

Individuality according to customer requirements

The meat products are cut, vacuum-packed and packaged according to customer requirements for industry or wholesale. The standards can be fresh, frozen or semi-finished, i.e. cured, salted or pre-cooked. All items are standardized and defined by their own product specification. If you have a different request, we can also manufacture this item for you or procure the goods for you.

Our sausage products

Our range of sausages includes, in particular, products from the scalded and cooked sausage segment.

The classic is certainly our special ham sausage, which you can get natural, with garlic and with chili. This basic recipe is the basis for other varieties such as Jagdwurst, Bierwurst and Bierschinken. The range includes various types of sausage, such as the bestsellers Bockwurst and Wiener sausages. You can also get these sausages with cheese or herbs.

In the boiled sausage range you will find a tasty homemade liver sausage, fine and coarse, as well as various aspic products. It goes without saying that we use our freshly prepared products, especially for the production of pork head aspic – because it couldn’t be fresher!

Thanks to our high deep-freeze storage capacity, we can react flexibly to the wishes of our retail partners at short notice. A linear and chronologically organized production process combined with a modern freezing process ensures that the raw material is processed quickly and gently at the same time.

Fresh products only leave our premises when they have reached the specified temperature in the dispatch warehouse.

Logistics

SCHWEDE is a partner to the meat processing industry and supplies raw materials for the production of scalded and cooked sausage, raw sausage and pâtés.

As a rule, our standardized raw materials are available to our customers on a just-in-time basis. Our fleet of vehicles, including our own refrigerated vehicles, guarantees reliable delivery. Naturally in the usual manner and in compliance with the strictest hygiene guidelines. In the event of special tours or scheduling bottlenecks, we rely on well-known and competent logistics partners in individual cases and thus always guarantee punctual delivery.
